Dunellen Public Library Online Card Catalog

The Dunellen Public Library is a part of the Libraries
of Middlesex Automation Consortium (LMxAC), a cooperation between 30+ New Jersey libraries.
You do not have to log in to iBistro to use its search function, but you will have to if you want to put something on hold.
You will need your fourteen-digit library card barcode number and your PIN to log in.  If you do not remember your four-digit PIN, please call the library at 732-968-4585.

Enter your library card number and PIN before you search for the item you wish to place on hold.

JerseyCat Online Card Catalog

JerseyCat is a state-wide interlibrary loan service.  Can't find what you need through iBistro?  Just ask for a JerseyCat request form at the circulation desk.  You will not be able to make loan requests here, but you will be able to browse JerseyCat for millions of items in public, private, school, and university libraries in New Jersey.

Browse digital, searchable images of U.S. federal census records, genealogy records, and local history collections to find and trace your ancestors.

This online database is an extensive collection of materials useful for both genealogical and historical research, and covers as far back as the late 1700's.

 

 

EBSCOhost

On the login page, type your 14-digit library card barcode number.

EBSCOhost is a search engine connected to an array of databases, such as MasterFILE Premier, which has access to full-text articles from over 2000 magazines and journals, and TOPICsearch, a current events database.

Other specialized databases cover health, business, and education information, as well as resources for elementary and middle school students.

EBSCOhost is also available in French, German, and Spanish.

 

 

NoveList is an electronic readers' advisory resource which assists fiction readers in finding new authors and titles.  Find something to read for all ages!

This newspaper collection is provided by the New Jersey State Library and includes: New Jersey newspapers, the New York Times (full-text from January 1, 2000 to the present), plus many more national and international newspapers.

Use General Reference Center to find articles from magazines, reference books, and newspapers, many with full-text and images. Find articles on current events, popular culture, the arts and sciences, sports, hobbies, and more.

Updated monthly, Contemporary Authors allows users to search for an author by name, title of work, nationality, date and place of birth and death, subject/genre, personal and career information, awards and honors, and more.
